EVA8000 - YouTube Hot Fix

Description:

Recently some changes were made in the YouTube’s servers which results in failures playing YouTube videos on the EVA8000. We will be incorporating a fix for this in an upcoming DEW release, but until then please download and run the following patch:

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the EVA8000 Youtube fix to the  local PC that contains the DEW software
2. Unzip the downloaded file recvr-youtub-fix.zip
3. Right-click the youtubehotfix.exe file and select open
4. Follow the Wizard instructions to run the Youtube hotfix
5. Done!

Hot Fix Notes:

The youtubehotfix.exe patch searches for an installation of DEW on the user’s system and installs a new receiver.exe on top of the old one.  (It will also automatically shut down and restart receiver.exe when it has completed the hotfix install.) If the hotfix does not detect a copy of the DEW installed on the user’s system, it will abort the install.
