WN121T Driver and Utility Version 5.0 (support Windows Vista)

Important Note:

  • WNR834B Users - to maintain WMM interoperability between WN121T and WNR834B in 802.11n mode, you must upgrade the firmware on WNR834B to version V1.0.3.8 or above and also upgrade your WN121T software to version 4.0 or above.
  • DG834N users must upgrade to the latest firmware version (1.01.06 or above) to maintain interoperability in 802.11n mode. Visit DG834N Product Page
  • WNR854T & WNR834B users must upgrade to the latest firmware inorder to maintain interoperability in 802.11n mode.

New Features:

  1. Updated Windows 2000/XP driver to version1.0.5.5 & utility to version 1.0.24.320
    Updated Windows Vista 32bit and 64bit driver to version v1.0.1.2 & utility to version 3.6.19.017

Known Issue:

  1. This driver version may cause audio stuttering issues on a Windows Vista PC.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Download using the button below to a convenient place such as your desktop.

  2. Unplug the WN121T adapter from your computer.
  3. Run the file you just downloaded.
  4. If you are upgrading from an earlier version, Select Uninstall, click Next. (If you are unable to uninstall properly using this method, uninstall the previous driver by going to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs)
  5. Run the file you just downloaded again.
  6. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.
  7. Plug in the WN121T adapter.
  8. Click Next to start the Found New Hardware Wizard.
  9. Click Finish when Found New Hardware Wizard is completed.
