SSL312 Firmware Version 1.5.0

New Features:

  1. US 2007 day light saving changes
  2. Ability to edit existing Terminal Services applications
  3. SMTP authentication option for Email log
  4. Support for non-default port/terminal for VNC
  5. All bookmarks are listed under single page
  6. Support for configuring non SSL-VPN as default (To access admin portal use https://IPAddress/portal/SSL-VPN)
  7. Option to enable full tunnel or split tunnel with user configurable VPN client routes.

Bug Fixes:

  1. Portal layout names changed to match the portal configuration page
  2. Group policy support without the need for entering username of external domain in SSL312(Under LDAP)
  3. Access control for Network places

Known Issues :

  1. No support for port forwarding, Terminal services on Mozilla, Safari
  2. The JAVA SSH utility support SSH-1 only
  3. The JAVA VNC has issues with SHIFT & CTRL characters in some windows. Use VPN tunnel & VNC client on the PC as work around for now
  4. Only port 443 is supported for SSL312, port translation on firewall in front of it is not supported at this time.

Upgrade Instructions:

  1. Download the link below and extract the file to a convenient place such as your desktop.

  2. Log in to the administration GUI.
  3. Click Utilities > Upgrade.
  4. Click Browse and locate the firmware file from the folder where you extracted the file to.
  5. Click Upload. While the firmware is loading, do not interrupt the upgrade process.
  6. Once the file has been uploaded, restart the SSL VPN Concentrator server for the upgrade to
    be complete.
