To Upgrade

1. Make a note of all the existing configuration setting as you have to reset the device to factory defaults after the upgrade.
2. Un-install any existing version of HDX101 software configuration utility.
3. Download the file below and unzip it contents to a new folder in a convenient place such as your desktop.

4. Run the file HDX101_Setup_1.0.1.3.exe from the folder where you extracted the contents to.
5. Select Destination folder, click Install.
6. Click Finish.
7. Open NETGEAR HDX101 Configuration utility.
8. Click the Firmware upgrade button.
9. Browse to locate firmware file in the folder where you earlier extracted the contents.
10. Click Upgrade button to start the firmware upgrade.
    The firmware upgrade will take 2~3 minutes.
11. After firmware upgraded successfully, power cycle the HDX101 for taking effect the setting.
12. After power cycle, go to Diagnostics tab to check the firmware version.
13. Click factory reset.
