The use of the new features in this release is described in the User Manual for Version 4.x.x.x firmware.

WARNINGS

• If your switch uses version 3.x.x firmware, its configuration may not be recognized by this release. After the upgrade, the switch’s configuration may be reset to factory default state, and the old configuration lost.
• In addition, the backup binary config file saved from the 3.x.x.x release will not be accepted by the 4.x.x.x release.

Upgrading

1. Using the button below, download the firmware file gsm7224_4_0_7_1.opr to a convenient place such as your desktop.
