Installation, If Upgrading a Previous Installation

  1. Since you will be asked to restart your computer, close all other programs before starting.
  2. Download using the button below to a convenient place such as your desktop.

  3. Make sure the adapter is physically installed.
  4. Select Start > Programs > WG511T Smart Wizard > Uninstall NETGEAR WG511T Software.
  5. Complete the removal instructions.
  6. REMOVE THE ADAPTER FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
  7. Run the installer, which is the file you just downloaded, wg511t_v4_3.exe
  8. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
  9. Reinsert the adapter.
