SC101 Hard Drive Compatibility List

SC101 Firmware Version 4.14.0 and Utility Version 1.5.5

  • Both manual and auto-update methods of upgrading are described below.

  1. Supports hard disk standby after disks are idle for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Implements an 8 second reset LED sequence: When the reset button is pressed, the green power LED is off; it will be on again after holding for 8 seconds, to signal the 8 second reset is done.
  3. Workaround for D-Link router DI-624 reboot issue caused by faulty D-Link DHCP implementation.
  4. Fixes compatibility issue with some DHCP server implementations in old routers that don't issue the same IP and don't follow the IP life convention.

Utility Enhancements and Bug Fixes for the SCM Software

  2. Improves performance with small files.
  3. Support hard disk Standby function.
