  • When wireless repeating is enabled, the WPN802 will repeat to any access point with same SSID and the same channel.
  • After the repeating is configured, you need to first reboot the root access point. After the root access point is rebooted, reboot the other access points.

  4. Adds Legacy 802.1x support.
  5. Adds WMM support.
  6. Passwords can now include spaces.
  7. The wrong system description and object id on mib-2 were fixed.
  8. Removes Static 108 Mode and AR from GUI.
  9. Atheros BSP is updated to 4.0.0.167.
  10. Changes SNMP default setting to disabled.
  11. Adds SNMP v1 and v2c support (Get function).
  12. Adds the Syslog function.

Known Issues

1. Bridging is not supported with WDS, only repeating.

To Install

1. Download the link below to a convenient place such as your desktop.

2. Using a Web browser, log in the access point at http://192.168.0.231
3. Click Maintenance > Upgrade Firmware.
4. Click Browse and locate the file you just downloaded.
5. Click Upload. While the firmware is loading, do not interrupt the upgrade process.

The access point reboots when the upgrade is complete.
