Improvements and Fixes

1. Added "g-only" mode.
2. HTML special characters no longer cause buffer overflow.
3. When changing"Data Rate", "Authentication mode" or "Channel", DUT no longer reboots.
4. Fixed the bug causing crashes with many arp request packets.
5. Fixed the bug causing crashes during site survey.
6. Fixed that could not get IP address from Solaris 9.
7. Fixed channel change bug when clicking refresh button on utility state page.
8. Fixed WEP 128 key2-key4 not working.
9. Changed TX power if domain is in Europe or France.
10. No longer reboots if LAN cable is disconnected, then connect to the same device.
11. Changed signal strength method for improved stability.
12. Changed site survey delay time to fix state bar error bug.
13. Changed TX method to enhance TX throughput.
14. Channel setting is now correct for Mexico.
