• If you buy the WG111 from Tivo, they will always give you the version that is correct. TiVo ordering page.

Since some WG111s do not work with TiVo, and since you cannot be sure which version you will get ordering online, to use TiVo you must match the model and serial number by physically examining the box yourself. See below to determine which version you have.

This version has a serial number starting with: WG16 or WG72 or 130.

Only versions with serial number starting WG72 or 130 are TiVo compatible!
