Troubleshooting: Web configuration GUI does not load properly

Affected Products:

FS728TS, FS752TS, FS752TPS, FS728TP, GS724TS, GS748TS, GS724AT, GS724TP, GS748TP running version 3.x firmware.

Symptom:

When accessing the GUI using Internet Explorer, some of the pages will not be displayed and an Internet Explorer error message will pop up.

Example:

Cause:

XML service pack is not installed properly on your computer.

Solution:

Download and install MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=3144b72b-b4f2-46da-b4b6-c5d7485f2b42&displaylang=en
