1. SPH200W comes with a charging cradle
2. Support up to 500 contacts
3. Support WPA2-PSK security
4. Longer battery life compared to SPH101
5. Most of the Motorola 2.5mm headsets are compatible with SPH200W (Compatible headsets for SPH101 & SPH200W)
6. Network Proxy can be enabled in SPH200W (option is grayed out in SPH101)
7. SPH200W has built-in Hotspot (T-Mobile USA) support
