If you are behind proxy server, make sure you have set all proxy settings in the SPH101 Menu > Settings > Advanced > Network Proxy

Yes, SPH101, support WEP 64/128 and WPA-PSK

• Can I use it in a Hotspot?

Yes, you can use SPH101 in a hotspot environment that does not required web-based login or authentication because SPH101 does NOT have a built-in web browser.

• What's the range of Wi-fi Phone?

Range will vary based on the wireless conditions.

• What is the Bandwidth required for this Skype Phone?

For best performance, we recommend that you use SPH101 with broadband connection. Voice communications requires a minimum data rate. Without this available data rate, the voice quality will drop substantially.

• Can I use Skype with Dial-up?

SPH101 can be used on any wireless network, however if your wireless network is not broadband, you will not get quality phone calls through Skype.
