The Skype phone keypad can be locked from the default Screen by pushing the “Left Soft Key” and within half a second, pushing the “*” key. The Key pad is unlocked the same way.

• Can I use symbols (@,$, #, etc…) on the SPH101?

You can access special symbols by pressing the “#” button. A symbol table will appear. Use the navigation button to highlight the symbol. Push the “Left Soft Key” to select.

• Does Skype support 411 and 311 services, if so, how much it cost me?

Skype is not a telephony replacement service and cannot be used for directory and emergency services. Your number will not be included in the 411 services.

• Does Skype work with traditional 911?

No, Skype does not provide emergency telephony services.

There is no intercom capability on the SPH101

No, there are no GPS feature on this phone

No. The USB port on the Skype Phone is only for charging the device. You cannot use the port for data transfer.
