SPH101 Skype Wifi phone supports the following services -

• SkypeIn
• SkypeOut
• Voice Mail
• Call Forwarding

SPH101 does not support Skype features like SMS, Video conferencing etc.

• What is SkypeIn?

SkypeIn is the facility to accept incoming calls from people who are not using Skype service. With SkypeIn, you can get your very own, regular telephone number for your SPH101 so that people can call you on your SPH101 by dialing a regular telephone number.

• What is SkypeOut?

SkypeOut is the ability to make call to regular landlines and mobile phones using your Skype account and your SPH101. You may need to buy Skype Credits before you can use the SkypeOut service or to make International calls.

• Does the SPH101 Skype Wifi phone support Call forwarding, Conference Call, Call waiting, Caller ID?

SPH101 support’s Conference calls as a client, but does not support Conference as an initiator.
SPH101 supports Call Forwarding, Caller ID, Call waiting, and Voicemail. Please check with Skype for service fee for each of these features.

•  Does Skype Wifi phone support, Click to call?

Yes, the SPH101 supports Skype calls from a contact list.

• How much does it cost for someone to ring my Skype phone, will I receive an invoice?

• Skype to Skype calls are free
• Calls from Normal Phone line to a Skype account requires a SkypeIn subscription. After paying for the SkypeIn account, incoming calls are free.

• Where can I view and change my Skype customer details?

Customer profile may be changed on the SPH101 under Settings > My Profile.
Customer details can be viewed and changed through your Skype account online accounting page at Skype website.

• Do you offer residential / Business account? Does the calling cost differs?

• Can I call a destination not included in Skype country list?

You may only place a call that is recognized by Skype country list.

Yes, you can have your own number by signing up for the SkypeIn service. With SkypeIn, you can get your own, regular phone number. So if your friends who aren’t using Skype want to call you by dialing a regular number, you can still receive the call in Skype. No matter where you are.
