The New Hardware Wizard Finds Three Drives to Choose From

Choose any of them, and click Next to continue.

A "Locked File Detected" Pop-Up Window Appears During Installation

Click Ignore and continue installation.

The New Hardware Wizard Appears After Installation is Already Done

This happens if the USB device is connected to a different port than the one used during installation. Return device to the original USB port.

I am unable to connect to the router when my adapter was plugged into a USB 1.0 or 1.1 ports.

Update your driver/utility to version 2.0 or later and set your router to “802.11g mode” ONLY in order to connect properly to the router.
