Problem: The Print Server SetupWizard or the Add Printer Wizard cannot find the PS121 during detection.

Solution: Firewall settings on the Windows computer where you run the Print Server Setup Wizard or the Add Printer Wizard may cause this problem. The firewall software may drop the Print Server discovery packets such that the Print Server Setup Wizard or the Add Printer Wizard cannot detect the PS121. Before you run the Print Server Setup Wizard, you need to disable the firewalls on your Windows system. For individual computers, you need to setup Windows LPD for printing if you want to keep the firewall enabled.
