To obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) in North America, call Customer Support at 1-888-NETGEAR (1-888-638-4327). (For other countries, please consult with your respective local customer support.)

***Do not ship your defective product to NETGEAR before contacting Customer Support.***

A Support Engineer will do troubleshooting to determine if the product is defective. If it is, then the information maybe required:

• Your contact information
• Product serial number
• Proof of purchase
• Credit card information for optional shipping services

The Support Engineer will provide you with an RMA number and shipping information. Please ensure to write this down.

Please Package product securely. Remember NOT to include manuals, software, cables, power cords/ adaptor or mounting brackets. NETGEAR only replaces the defective unit and will not return other accessories. Include your contact information with your name, address, phone number, and RMA number inside the package.

Send the product to the RMA fulfillment address given by the Support Engineer. Please clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Please note that customers are responsible for the freight charges to NETGEAR. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information. NETGEAR is not responsible for packages lost in transit to NETGEAR. The replacement product is shipped by ground with shipping charges prepaid. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost. For the status of an already issued RMA, please call (U.S or Canada customers): 1-(877) 587-1907. All other countries, please contact your local customer support.

NETGEAR does not process RMA’s by email.
