WG511 adapter installed on Windows 98SE cannot connect with WG602

Symptom:

You are getting excellent signal strength from the access point but unable to get connected.

Cause:

You are using Windows 98SE computer and WG602 is set to G and B wireless mode.

Resolution:

Set the WG602v2 wireless mode to G only

How to set WG602v2 wireless mode to G only?

1. Login to the WG602 GUI using a browser (default is http://192.168.0.227)
2. On the left side menu, select Wireless settings.
3. For mode settings, select g only from the drop down menu.
4. Click Apply.
5. You should now be able to connect your WG511v2 adapter to the WG602v2
