These are NETGEAR's VPN resources in addition to manuals.

When two NETGEAR routers supporting VPN endpoints are used, free support extends to demonstrating that one VPN tunnel works. Many VPN features, therefore, are "advanced". For advanced help, read these documents. Also consider ProSupport, available by phone, email and on site.

VPN tunnels are made by a router, or by a computer using VPN software such as NETGEAR's VPN client.
The number of VPN passthrough connections are limited by network configuration. See Limits on Passthrough Connections.
Troubleshooting the VPN client software.
A router with only VPN passthrough cannot create a VPN connection, but it may stop an existing VPN connection from working. If this happened, see Troubleshooting VPN Passthrough.
