Cannot Open Configuration Utility or Cannot See Bridge in Configuration Utility

  1. Check all Ethernet cables are securely plugged in computers and bridges.
  2. Make sure the SSIDs match, countries and regions match, and WEP settings, if WEP is enabled, match.
  3. Make sure all devices are in the same IP address range. If you are unsure about how to check this, there will be a section in the manuals and/or the installation guides that explains it. These manuals are available online on this site.
  4. Manually change the IP address of your computer (temporarily) to the bridge's IP address. See whether the bridge is recognized in the configuration utility.
  5. Reset the bridge to factory defaults.
